00:26think the really crucial thing is we're making sure that personnel can get paid on time,
00:31so all salaries are going to be paid. There might be some delays with things like travel expenses
00:35but we're getting that done by the end of the week and people can go to their chain of
00:39command if they've got any other issues at all.
