00:00Defense Minister Khaled Nordin rejected the government's move to send a company that supplies weapons to Israel out of Malaysia as part of a defense exhibition.

00:14Khaled said Malaysia is a free-trade country that gives space to all global industry players to produce their products and services in Malaysia.

00:25The pro-Palestinian movement and former Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad intensified the presence of the main Western defense companies at the three-day exhibition that ended tomorrow.

00:35The Palestinian Solidarity Secretariat also named MBTA, Aimpoint, Cole, Lichu Harris, Lupol, Shield AI and Leonardo for supplying weapons to Israel.

00:48Mahathir said the Ministry of Defense must take firm action and urge the companies involved to leave as soon as possible.

00:56He said he allowed them to participate in the exhibition to protest the Putrajaya opposition to the violence committed by Tel Aviv.

01:06Several companies that participated in the Asian Defense Services Exhibition and the Asian National Security Exhibition in 2024 provided military equipment to Malaysia.
