00:00 Who wants to derive energy by breaking the atom?
00:09 Man.
00:10 And who will decide the direction in which that energy goes?
00:15 Man.
00:16 So you have modern physics that told you about nuclear fission and later nuclear fusion also.
00:25 And what did the uneducated mind do with that energy?
00:33 What technology was that science converted into?
00:39 What have we done with that?
00:43 What we have done is that today mankind is standing on so much fissile material that the entire earth can be destroyed hundreds of times.
00:58 Now that's utterly stupid.
01:00 One time is sufficient to destroy everybody.
01:04 But you have so much of fissile material with you, so much ammunition with you that you can destroy this earth once, then twice and then 500 times again.
01:18 That is what this uneducated mind does with all the objects of your normal education.
01:30 And one of the greatest products of science has been the industrial revolution.
01:37 The industrial revolution that gave us electricity, that gave us all these objects of consumptions in great measure.
01:50 That gave us the highways, that gave us all the machines.
01:56 But what did man do with the engine?
02:01 What have we done with our knowledge of producing energy?
02:09 We have brought ourselves to a point where the weather cycle has been greatly disrupted.
02:19 Where entire species are getting extinct by each passing day.
02:33 The sea levels have already risen greatly and several islands have already disappeared.
02:41 And what's worse, we are not being educated to bother about it.
02:54 Because when your mind is filled only with knowledge of objects, all you want to do is consume.
03:05 My only botheration is how much I can consume.
03:10 I do not bother what is happening outside my air-conditioned hall.
03:14 I am consuming the air-conditioning.
03:18 I am consuming whatever I can and what is happening outside I don't bother.
03:26 I have to bother when it will strike me hard, but today I don't bother.
03:33 Because my mind is objects, objects, objects and objects.
03:37 And what else can be done with objects?
03:40 Eat them, consume them, be entertained with them.
03:44 And that's what my life gets filled with.
03:48 Eating, consumption, entertainment.
03:55 Wherever you are looking at the world,
04:02 whenever you would look at the world without simultaneously asking,
04:09 who is looking at the world? What is his relationship with the world?
04:15 What is this thing called the world and what is this thing called seeing the world?
04:26 You would end up with very tragic consequences.
04:35 You would have read that phrase in the reading that was given to you.
04:39 Smart phones and stupid people.
04:42 Guided missiles and unguided men.
04:48 So your missile very well knows where it should go, right?
04:54 You can launch a missile from the United States
04:59 and direct it very precisely to some village in Iraq.
05:03 You can do that, right?
05:05 So the missile very nicely knows where it should go.
05:10 Now tell me how many of you know where you should go?
05:15 Do you know where you should go?
05:17 Or is there just confusion and conflict?
05:21 Now what kind of education is this that produces wonderful missiles but confused men?
