00:00 A coach who you've talked about being at both sides of Capitulence.
00:05 What's the biggest difference or challenge for you between coaching a champion team that's already up there
00:11 and coaching a real UB team now that's just on the way up?
00:15 Well, the best thing is the UB community.
00:20 What I'm saying is always the same because you don't have to do anything in UB.
00:25 Some people go to the gym, say thank you coach for accepting the challenge.
00:30 Others go, say thank you coach for accepting the challenge.
00:33 I haven't done anything yet. I mean, I'm also mad at the loss.
00:38 But being appreciative of what's in store for us is what I buy.
00:44 I am thankful for the Ateneo, the Blue Sally, the Capitulence for giving me, for making me who I am now.
00:53 I would like to say this also to the Ateneo community, to those who supported me.
00:57 I've learned a lot from them.
00:59 And I'm really close to that excellence going to the other side.
01:03 But for this time, it's a mission and it's a challenge.
01:06 Because we know that for the longest time, UB hasn't been in the sub-question of being one with the community.
01:13 But what's important is we are going there because of the support and the promise of the UB community,
01:20 the sponsors, and the players that always accepting the challenge.
01:25 They know I'm a very strict coach, I'm a very demanding coach.
01:30 Because I'm a father to them.
01:33 That's what Nina said, "I'm a father to them."
01:36 And it's a mission and a challenge for me to bring them closer to that legacy that they want.
01:42 So, Coach Mo, the association, Chancellor and the President's vision,
01:48 I guess it will really be an hour to go now.
01:51 And the difference is this time, UB will be watching out for the next few years
02:01 because this is the right time to write the UB Valuable Program.
