00:10I want to ask you about leadership.
00:11Obviously, it seemed that some leadership was lacking in the playoffs or why do you

00:19Well, I think down personally, I think down the stretch, like I think somebody needed
00:24to step up and kind of get the team extra motivated and kind of finish off the nuggets.
00:30That's what I thought was lacking.
00:31Now, I want to ask you if you thought that if you agree, do you think that's lacking

00:36What's looking forward to this season?
00:38What's going to be the answer to that?
00:39I don't think it's leadership.
00:42I think I think anything involving you've been up real big and losing.
00:49You win the lottery, you win a lot of money, you lose it.
00:52That's not lack of leadership.
00:54I think that's lack of somewhat of toughness, mental toughness.

00:58That's what we have to address.
00:59I think, you know, we are leaders of obviously Kawhi P.G., myself and Lou, you know, Marcus
01:07Moore is also not, and you inserted Bako, but 3-1 league is not lack of leadership.
01:13I think that's just lack of mental toughness to go out there and finish the job.
01:17OK, how do you address that going into this season?
01:21Do you put yourself in a worse situation to be mental tough?
01:23I don't know whether it's, I don't know, you have 10 reps to do on a bench press, do 12.
01:30I mean, that's how you build mental toughness.
01:33So now when you get in the trenches and things aren't going right, you have something to
01:37build off of it.
01:38And collectively as a group, you know, mental toughness, I think that was the key.
01:42And being in a situation where losing 3-1 gives you that mental toughness going into
01:48next season.
01:49So it's all a process.
