00:00It's been an uphill struggle all this time, so what we did, we had so many
00:07meetings with counsellors, Louise Reed, CEO of Swale Council, we had many
00:13meetings with her and it was her that actually said, why don't you put your own
00:18application in? And that's exactly what we did, we put our own application and
00:24that was in 22, December 22, and we've waited now all this time from that time
00:32that they had to receive the application and I put that in myself
00:39right to when it's finally heard. But because it's so difficult, the
00:45situation is so difficult, that it's taken that long and we were able to
00:52stand in front of a committee, so you know, and this is the closest we've
00:59been now. We formed an action group, for which I'm a spokesperson and we
01:07have other people who do things as well within the group, you know, and we formed
01:15that group and we pay so much a month into the fund to pay for
01:20solicitors fees and if it has to go to court then it will.
