Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz has written to the High Court to seek leave to file an affidavit which he claimed would correct "factual inaccuracies" in a supporting affidavit, linked to a purported royal addendum order that should place Datuk Seri Najib Razak under house arrest.

00:00UMNO Supreme Council Member Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz has written to the High

00:15The affidavit is related to a Royal Addendum Order that is supposed to place Datuk Seri
00:20Najib Razak under house arrest.
00:24The letter filed on Monday stated that the affidavit to be affirmed by Zafrul will address
00:29the averments contained in paragraph 6 of the earlier affidavit by UMNO President Datuk
00:35Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
00:38In that paragraph, Zahid claimed that Zafrul had shown him a copy of the Addendum Order
00:43on Zafrul's phone, which he scanned from an original copy as shown to him by the former
00:49Yang Dipertuan Agong.
00:51Zafrul's solicitors said they are instructed by their client to state that he took no position
00:56as to the merits of the dispute between the parties, and he merely wished to ensure that
01:01the facts are accurately placed before the court in a neutral manner.
