00:10 This is a program of the Department of the Interior Local Government or DILG, which is anchored in the Philippine Development Plan 2023 to 2028.
00:20 This year, the DILG will submit to the President's 2024 NCPP. The strategies are included here for a safer and more secure community, protection of the rights of every Filipino, and to reduce the crime in the country.
00:35 Meanwhile, the President ordered the NAPOLCOM, which is the first implementation of the 2024 NCPP.
