00:39We expect to see heavy rainfall in the Eastern Visayas, Karaga Region, Davao Region, and Sok Sabdian

00:44within the next 24 hours.

00:46This is due to the effects of easterlies due to flooding and landslides.

00:50There is also a chance of light to moderate rainfall over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Region,

00:56Aurora, Quezon, Laguna, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Tromblón, and Bicol Region

01:06Here in Metro Manila and the rest of the zone, there are partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
