00:00 What did you see there in the second half that was clicking more for you guys offensively
00:04 versus the first half where you kind of struggled a little bit?
00:07 We were more physical in defense.
00:09 That's about it. We came out of the second half.
00:17 Second half is the way we should play the whole game. So we got to learn from that.
00:21 [Spanish]
00:47 [Spanish]
00:57 How much were you guys preparing for Kawhi and how much changes both mentally and on the court
01:06 when he's not out there?
01:07 We were prepared like he was going to play obviously. But that shouldn't change our
01:12 mentality. Their mentality was next man up. I think they executed very well. But we just
01:22 got to stay focused 48 minutes. It's playoff so we got to stay focused 48 minutes.
01:27 [Inaudible]
01:29 Sorry?
01:29 [Inaudible]
01:31 I don't know. We should have. But I don't know.
01:40 Brad Townsend, Dallas Morning News. In the first half, as you said, the clippers were
01:44 more physical. How much of a factor was Zubac in that? And why weren't you guys able to do
01:50 a better job of keeping him from getting off to that big start?
01:54 Yeah, I think he was definitely the X factor today. Or how do you say it? I don't know.
01:58 But he was a big factor for them. You know, rebounding, scoring too. So we got to be more
02:05 physical with him and do a better job with him.
02:09 Hey, Luke. I know three years ago when you got to face the clippers in the playoffs,
02:14 you did a great job of just making them have to play bigger with bigger players. How does
02:21 this year's clippers line up with guys that are more like your size? How does that affect
02:26 you on the offensive end?
02:27 I just got to stay aggressive. That was my bad in the first half. I wasn't aggressive
02:34 enough. So I just got to stay aggressive and find the open man.
02:37 Tim McMahon, ESPN, you, Kyrie, J-Kid, Gafford have all talked about not being physical enough.
02:48 Why do you think you guys came out flat? And how do you address that? How do you change that?
02:54 I don't know why we did. But we just got to watch film and come out in the second game
03:01 with the same energy we came out in the second half.
03:04 You had a couple of turnovers in the transition. Is that going to be a point of emphasis going
03:19 forward in practice tomorrow? And how do you manage that transitional turnovers passing
03:25 to the man down the court?
03:29 I've been doing this the whole season. So I'll still throw it. If I see somebody open,
03:35 I'll throw it.
03:35 Luka, their defense seemed to really bog down. The role players, you and Kyrie, are going
03:41 to do your thing, take the bulk of the shots. But what do you guys have to do for game two
03:45 to start to get some of the other players? And how would you like to see them get themselves
03:49 involved, get themselves open, cutting and moving? A lot of kind of standing around once
03:53 you and Kyrie are doing your thing. How can we improve that for game two for you guys?
03:57 We just got to play like we used to play. Like we played the last 20 games of the season.
04:03 Passing the ball, cutting, ball moving. I think we did a great job the last 20 games.
04:10 So we just got to play like that.
04:11 >> Thank you, Luca.
