00:30 Oh, always good.
00:32 Yes.
00:33 And then you have an influx of people from everywhere, you know.
00:38 You know, they come from all areas.
00:41 So it's a great gathering of people, you know.
00:47 And I think when people come out, they make a great effort to be there.
00:52 So the show is always good.
00:58 And aside from performing, have you been to Blackpool on a leisurely visit at all?
01:02 Do you have any personal memories?
01:05 I've always done shows when we've been there.
01:08 But you know, you get a chance.
01:09 It's beautiful if it's nice, if the weather's nice.
01:12 I mean, it's lovely, you know, walking along the front there and Blackpool.
01:17 It's a very, very extensive front.
01:19 You know, there's a huge area from one end to the other.
01:25 So yes, I mean, we usually do two nights when we go for a long time in Blackpool.
01:32 So you know, and a lot of the time it's the weekend.
01:36 So yeah.
01:40 So you plan to stroll down the promenade again in May?
01:43 Well, we'll see how the weather is.
01:45 Hopefully in May it'll be nice.
01:48 Hopefully, yeah.
01:49 But a bit like Ireland, you can never guarantee it.
01:54 And so for our Lancashire audiences, though, what can they expect from your shows?
01:58 What sort of setlist?
01:59 What sort of vibe?
02:00 Well, it'll be a mix of songs, you know, and when I do the show, I go from then till now,
02:07 you know, I start at the beginning and weave my way through as best I can.
02:11 We've been recording for over 40 years.
02:14 So there's a huge amount of songs to choose from.
02:19 But we try to sort of start it off as we did in the beginning and then do the songs that
02:27 we think people want to hear.
02:29 You mentioned you've been performing for 40 so years now.
02:33 How have your performances and audiences perhaps changed over that time?
02:38 Well, I suppose I've got older and the audience, maybe I feel they're getting younger, but
02:48 that's because I'm getting older.
02:51 But you know, the music, I mean, I'm singing songs that I sang at the very beginning.
02:56 So it's just a trip along my career when I do the shows now.
03:04 But yes, I mean, things change, of course.
03:07 But the essence of the show is the same.
03:10 I know there's not many tickets left for your Blackpool shows, but for readers who are reading,
03:17 watching this, why should they grab those last tickets to see you?
03:20 Well, I hope they'll enjoy it.
03:22 You know, I hope that, you know, if you like the type of music I do, I think, you know,
03:27 you'd enjoy it.
03:28 It's a mix of country, a few Irish ballads and a bit of gospel, a bit of rock and roll.
