00:00 A lot of players said Zach's like a clone.
00:03 There are a few that he sometimes maybe teaches things a little bit differently,
00:07 and they understand it maybe in a different way.
00:09 How big of a help has he been so far just teaching some of those guys?
00:13 Yeah, no, it's, you know, I'm sure there's how we call things.
00:17 I think scheme-wise it's pretty much the same,
00:21 but how we call things, maybe in families, to make it make sense.
00:27 When you have to leave, just like when I left Oklahoma after the 2011 season,
00:33 I had to start over and got into a room, and nobody knew what I knew, nobody.
00:38 And one of the hardest things I've done from a professional standpoint.
00:41 And I couldn't take my relationships, my trust, all my expertise, football acumen,
00:48 I had to start over.
00:50 And then the language barrier, you know, there's whatever it was,
00:54 there's 80 staff and defensive players, and I had to teach them, you know.
01:03 And so that was not--I had to figure out what they knew.
01:07 And I didn't have anybody helping me.
01:09 I didn't think anybody was--and so I say that, and Zach doesn't necessarily have that.
01:15 But when he did leave several years ago and got out of our football building,
01:22 he had to go to several places and start over and build something from scratch
01:27 and teach everybody around him.
01:29 I think he probably learned maybe even more efficient ways to do it.
01:33 And so he's been able to give some of those shortcuts, if you will,
01:38 to help expeditiously develop our players, teach our players.
01:45 And so we've had a little bit--some new language, some new things to go in,
01:49 and just reorganizing, I think, so that we cleaned the pantry out
01:54 and we threw away stuff that we didn't need anymore and we reorganized it.
02:01 And so now all the cereals are on the far right on the bottom two shelves
02:07 and they're not spread out, and that's where they belong.
02:10 And just keep things nice and tidy.
02:12 I guess that's the best way to express it.
