He quickly became known as ‘The Bollard Man’ after bravely taking-on the attacker during Saturdays deadly stabbing rampage at Bondi Junction. Today the French national has been offered permanent residency after the Prime Minster declared he can stay in Australia for as long as he likes. Six people are still in hospital recovering from their stab wounds and six others have now been discharged. Tonight, mourners are at a vigil to remember the six innocent lives lost.
