10-year-old Vinnie from Chorley has been chosen as one of the three kids to receive a mechanical hero arm as part of the Hero 3 campaign. He’s the youngest one of three boys to be chosen. 80 per cent of the funding is there, and his family are crowd funding for the last £20k.
