00:09 century hotel on Eastbourne seafront has been sold. The majestic hotel at 34 Royal
00:15 Parade was sold through specialist hotel property advisor Christine Kerr. A
00:19 spokesperson said, "In drawing a central position on Eastbourne's Victorian
00:23 seafront, the majestic hotel offers guests a view of the sandy beach, Royal
00:28 Parade and Eastbourne Prom. The 19th century Victorian hotel features 95
00:33 bedrooms, many of which have clear sea views as well as a bar and lounge area.
00:39 Plans are being put forward to build houses in the grounds of a Sussex
00:43 Village pub. Pub chain Stonegate is currently seeking planning permission
00:47 from Horsham District Council to build four properties at the Shelley Arms in
00:52 Broadbridge Heath. It wants to build two semi-detached three bedroom houses and
00:57 two two-bedroom semis and reconfigure the pub car park. Stonegate says that the

01:07 assets following turbulent times since the Covid-19 pandemic. And finally,

01:16 following a landslip. All lines are closed between Redhill and Tunbridge
