"The Paul & Georgia album" is a compilation of songs written and recorded during the 1960s. The tapes of this album were found in Paul Ferrara's ranch in New Mexico and were digitized from their analogue forms. Paul Ferrara and Georgia Pulos (who married in early 70s) had been linked since 1965 to the Doors. Georgia had met Krieger and Densmore in her years spent hitchicking and as frequenter of the Sunset Strip. Paul Ferrara had been friend with Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek since their studies at UCLA in Los Angeles, and became later the Door's official photographer and photography dirtector. The album contains songs that transport the listener on a journey through the lifes as nomads of the American hippie generation of the 60s. The Doors partecipated in some of the duo's songs, in "Hopi" Krieger does a guitar solo and Morrison sings at the beginning, they also played the backing tracks of "One more drink" which was initially supposed to be sung by Janis Joplin. Among the songs stands out "James" which is presumed to be a dedication di Jim Morrison.
