00:00 I think, listen, we can break it down, we can reflect on what has been a difficult season
00:05 for everybody and the two as well.
00:09 So those conversations took place on review and reflection but the majority of it, 75%
00:18 of it was what we're going to do to make this better going forward, short, medium and long
00:23 term can we get enough results between now and the end of the season to still claim our
00:30 place in the Premier League.
00:32 We have been written off, I understand that, I totally get that, performances and results
00:36 and where we're at.
00:38 I think there's still things hanging about as well that nobody knows what can happen
00:42 in the Premier League because of what's already happened in the Premier League.
00:46 So there's certain, and an obligation from me just going off track a little bit there,
00:53 we have to go to the end because we've got an obligation to everything, for the league,
00:58 for our supporters, to ourselves and there's so much to play for.
01:01 Whether you're out of contract, whether you're a player that's signed for the football club,
01:05 whether you want to be a part of the next journey that I believe there will be.
01:11 And then, so from that point of view, the short term point of view and then the medium
01:15 and long term things that are happening at the football club, the training ground, the
01:18 hotel getting back up and running, the new training ground coming together, the progression
01:23 of the academy, the pathway of the academy, the plans for the medium and the long term
01:31 which is obviously medium is going into next season.
01:35 Talking about individual players and talking about how we're going to go about it, the
01:38 structure of that, talking about how we overcome the issues that we've had from a medical
01:44 point of view, the redevelopment and reconstruction of the recruitment department because obviously
01:50 Paul has left now, so how do we go about that and how do we structure that, that fits in
01:55 line with being Sheffield United and what that looks like for us, not for anybody else.
02:00 So yes, really positive talks over there and I've always been enthused in terms of what
02:08 the future holds for us, even though it's painful at the moment.
02:12 My body language has been positive, I'm positive in terms of what this club can achieve going
02:17 forward.
02:18 I keep saying it's raining at the moment but the sun will shine and we'll get back to where
02:23 we want to be and we have to suffer a little bit.
