00:03 So our top story this week is that a popular store in a Bristol shopping centre is set
00:10 to remain closed for the foreseeable future. So it's the YMCA charity shop in the gallery
00:17 shopping centre and that is currently shut and now the youth charity have confirmed the
00:23 reasons for the closure. They're saying it's due to staffing issues and that this will
00:28 continue until a new team is hired and they say they're working hard to do that. It's
00:35 been shut since February the 19th, that's how long they've been recruiting for two new
00:42 assistant store managers.
00:44 Okay, so we'll see how that one pans out in 2024 then. So let's move on to our second
00:52 top story in the city this week. Tell me a little bit about that.
00:56 So the next is that work is finally started on Bristol's long-awaited new arena. So site
01:02 preparation and enabling works have begun on the project up in Filton that is going
01:08 to transform the former Brabazon hangars at the old airfield there into the new arena
01:17 for Bristol. So the project team are saying that the initial phase will be decontamination
01:23 of the site.
01:25 That is an exciting one for the city and we will see how it pans out but it will definitely

01:40 Finally is that a company which says it is the UK's largest aquatic retailer is going
01:47 to be opening a huge new store in Bristol. So Maidenhead Aquatics Bristol, who are currently
01:54 based in Kensham, they're relocating to this city.
