00:00 with terrible claws and terrible teeth and his terrible jaws.
00:03 He has knobbly knees and turned out toes and a poisonous wart at the end of his nose.
00:09 His eyes are orange. His tongue is black.
00:11 He has purple prickles all over his back.
00:15 Oh, help. Oh, no. It's a ruffle up.
00:18 OK, and Dan, so how does it feel to come out and get involved in these sort of community events?
00:23 Yeah, it feels good, you know, anytime you get a chance to come out and help out in the community,
00:28 you know, you take that chance.
00:30 You know, there's a lot of good stuff happening around Sunderland at the minute.
00:33 And to be a part of something like this today,
00:36 open the library at Friends Farm School is,
00:38 I take a man's pride in being able to do it.
00:41 Obviously, your group is a Sunderland fan.
00:43 You've seen all the smells on the kids' faces.
00:45 How does that make you feel?
00:47 Yeah, it's good.
00:47 You know, you still don't quite believe that they kind of look up to you that way.
00:51 But, you know, when you come in and you see
00:54 you see little kids like smiling and very happy to see you.
00:58 You know, I always think about it when I was little,
01:00 and if I'd seen a Sunderland player walking in, I'd be over the moon.
01:03 So, you know, anytime you get a chance to do something like this,
01:06 you know, you've got to take it.
01:08 Obviously, you opened the library.
01:09 It was World Book Day last week.
01:10 Have you got a favourite book yourself?
01:12 I haven't read many books in a while.
01:14 You know, I'm more the old biography, biography type books now, if I am reading.
01:18 But when I was younger, you know, I remember reading the likes of Roald Dahl and stuff in school.
01:22 So I'll go with Roald Dahl.
01:26 OK, so what was it like to see Dan in school today?
01:28 It was really fun, yes.
01:30 It was exciting.
01:32 Were you a Sunderland supporter?
01:33 Yeah.
01:33 So what was it like for you meeting Dan today?
01:35 I was very amused.
01:36 Like, I've saw him at the matches.
01:38 Like, I went to Wembley and watched them play too.
01:41 Yeah.
01:43 Did you speak to Dan at all?
01:45 No.
01:47 OK. What about yourself? What was it like meeting Dan today?
01:50 Well, it was exciting actually meeting a football player.
01:54 Bye!
01:56 And what's it like seeing your new library as well?
01:58 Well, I really like everything in it.
02:01 Do you like to read?
02:03 Yeah, sure.
02:05 Have you got a favourite book?
02:07 What's your favourite?
02:10 I don't know if it's over here somewhere.
02:12 So most of mine are over there.
02:15 OK. What about yourself? Have you got a favourite book you like to read?
02:18 I like reading about football players books.
02:21 What about yourself?
02:22 Yeah, me too.
02:23 Like football books, yeah?
02:24 Yeah.
02:25 It's been good having Dan here, hasn't it?
02:27 Yeah.

02:30 [FOOTBALL PIN BANGS]
02:32 He's got a hard strike. I don't really want to get in the way of it.
02:35 It's close to the left of you.
02:36 Yeah.
