Japan's foreign minister draws up 'wish list' on Intl Women's Day

Foreign Affairs Minister Kamikawa Yoko, in a message on International Women’s Day on Friday March 8, 2024, calls for an end to discrimination and violence against women, of bridging economic disparities between men and women, ‘reintegration’ for Ukraine’s families, communities separated by war, promoting women, peace and security (WPS) for a more diverse society, and achieving a world without conflict where ‘no one is left behind.’
