00:12 I write on my notes every single day before we go out on my paper.
00:16 You set the standard, right?
00:17 You are the standard for how you want things done.
00:20 I think leaders lead from the front, right?
00:24 And they serve everyone else around them, but
00:26 they also set the example and the tone of what things need to be.
00:29 If I ask our players to bring energy every single day, right,
00:32 I need to bring energy every single day.
00:34 And so I think ultimately, my job is to set the standard, cast vision, and
00:38 then hold everybody accountable to the relentless detail that it takes to
00:41 accomplish that vision.
