00:16 So, tell me a little bit about Breakfast Kitchen Bar for those at home who maybe haven't heard

00:24 So, Breakfast Kitchen Bar, we have two locations.
00:30 We just moved from the Scottsdale Quarter.
00:32 That was our original one.
00:33 We're here now at Hayden and Northside, and then we have another location at Desert Ridge
00:38 Marketplace.
00:39 We have breakfast, lunch.
00:41 We have a bunch of keto options, a little bit of everything here.
00:46 And I have been to the Desert Ridge location, and I was saying earlier in the show that
00:50 I love that you really are true to your name, that you are about breakfast and a bar because
00:57 you have delicious drinks there, right?
01:00 Yes, we do.
01:02 And we have a brand new beverage menu also with a bunch of new flights, shareables, Bloody
01:07 Mary's, martinis.
01:11 That looks incredible.
01:12 Okay, so let's get to the name of the day or the week, which is flapjacks, pancakes.
01:17 Tell us a little bit about your food.
01:20 Yes, flapjack day.
01:23 We have tons of different pancakes.
01:25 Here we have our keto cannoli pancakes.
01:28 They have a cannoli filling in them, and they are gluten-free keto.
01:34 That comes with a sugar-free syrup, sugar-free chocolate chips on top, some fresh fruits.
01:40 We have our original keto pancakes that have the pork sausage and bacon crumbles.
01:47 Also served with the sugar-free syrup.
01:49 And then we have our churro keto pancakes right here, and those are drizzled with the
01:58 sugar-free chocolate syrup.
02:02 Our original buttermilk pancakes are going to be right here.
02:06 They're made with our buttermilk pancake mix and then topped with our honey ricotta whip.
02:12 Ariel, all of that looks delicious.
02:17 This is our kids' chocolate chip pancake.
02:24 We have a lot of really delicious kid options.
02:26 I know everyone's on spring break coming up, so bring your kids in.

02:34 Ariel, for me, I'm a new mom, so I love that you have the kid option there.
02:39 Little bit smaller portion-wise, but still looks absolutely incredible.
02:44 But I see that there are some other dishes on the table, because you are more than just

02:51 Yeah, we brought out a couple other items to show you here.
02:55 This is our farmer's market omelet right here.
02:59 That one has all the veggies in it, topped with our homemade tomato, pesto, and goat
03:05 cheese.
03:07 Right here we have our keto pistachio mousse, and that's going to be a sugar-free pistachio
03:13 mousse on top of fresh strawberries and blueberries.
03:18 And then we have here our protein pancake bowl.
03:21 That one's going to be our protein pancake, chopped up with peanut butter, berry puree,
03:27 fresh fruit, and then syrup with that as well.
03:31 Ariel, all of this looks so good.
03:34 And I know you guys do more than just breakfast, because you have lunch options too, right?
03:40 We do, yes.
03:41 We have a lot of lunch options.
03:43 We have chicken sandwiches, burgers, lunch bowls.
03:48 We have a really great blackened salmon coleslaw bowl.
03:51 That's my favorite.

04:24 So a lot of people think of brunch and breakfast kind of items as only happening on the weekend,
04:28 but you guys do this all throughout the week, right?
04:31 Yep, we're open every day.
04:34 Every day from 7 to 2.30.
04:36 So we do breakfast, brunch, lunch, all the drinks.
04:41 Ooh, that's fantastic.
