00:00 I'm in Victoria Falls National Park. I'll be crossing the border today into
00:07 Zambia. Victoria Falls feels like you're in a completely different country
00:15 compared to everywhere we've been in Zimbabwe. So I'm approaching the
00:19 immigration area for Zimbabwe.
00:25 Just running in no man's land at the moment. Just left Zimbabwe and now I'm
00:35 crossing over to go to Zambia. Gonna go to border control, do the paperwork, get a
00:42 visa and then go through.
00:51 We have entered a new country. We are here in Zambia. Day 88, running from Cape Town
01:04 to London. Running to tell the history of human migration from Africa to the rest
01:09 of the world. And today I've got quite a bit of elevation to climb today and I'm
01:15 going up there. I'm going up the mountains there. Just going from all the way up there.
01:22 The mountains there. And now, I'm going to go up in those mountains up there.
01:36 Just going up the mountain. Hey, it is steep. I'm coming up with 35 kilometers.
01:47 Going downhill, yes!
01:50 Day 173, running from Cape Town to London and last night until this morning
02:03 there was like strange rain. So I didn't go out early this morning as I planned.
02:12 The roads are very muddy.
02:28 There's the bridge ahead. I'm just under 10 kilometers and I am approaching
02:36 Jinja.
02:39 Here, Jinja is very popular for tourism. So most people from the global north,
02:47 when they travel to Uganda, Jinja is one of the main places to come to, aside from
02:52 Kampala and going over the national parks and stuff.
02:58 This is the Jinja Nile Bridge and here is the River Nile. It's very, very calm
03:14 and peaceful.
