02:02 They have reached the point of a first complete read-through of the Code of Conduct.
02:08 But to negotiate and to settle the Code, I believe, will take some time.
02:15 Our position on China remains very consistent, which is that we want to cooperate where we can.
02:22 We'll disagree where we must, but we will always engage in our national interest.
02:29 On the last day of the Special Summit tomorrow, various maritime issues, cooperation and climate change issues are expected to be discussed at the Leaders' Plenary.
