00:00 The first million pounds that we have announced into our Clean Air Investment Plan to prioritise
00:05 interventions to improve air quality for some of the most vulnerable in society
00:09 will be the use that we're putting it to. At the moment that is the amount of surplus income.
00:16 What we have to do is we have to make sure that before we commit any further spendings that we
00:21 pay for the decommissioning costs so in the future if we don't have to have the clean air zone, if
00:26 our air quality does improve substantially which of course we're all working towards that we can
00:31 decommission it as well. There's also various running costs as well so making sure that we can
00:37 continue to fund the clean air zone and also we have to pay fees to the government to process
00:42 payments as well. So we are being very prudent as people would expect in making sure that we only
00:49 make announcements about what we can actually fund and that first million pounds is an ambitious
00:54 programme and supporting some of the most vulnerable in our society to improve air quality
00:59 particularly around schools.
