00:45 You have to take 30 ml of Amla Juice & 30 ml of Aloe Vera Juice
00:50 You can get these juices easily in Ayurvedic shops
00:54 You have to mix these two well and then you have to take this juice for 2 months continuously
01:00 Amla Juice contains a lot of Vitamin C & Antioxidants
01:04 And Aloe Vera Juice makes your skin naturally lightened
01:08 If you use this juice regularly for 2 months
01:12 then you will get rid of hyperpigmentation naturally
01:16 Let's move towards our next home remedy which is Wheat Grass Juice
01:21 You have to take 50 ml of Wheat Grass Juice in the morning & evening when your stomach is empty
