02:28 to inspect not only Terminal 3 but all the flights.
02:33 They already inspected Terminal 3 earlier.
02:36 Contracts for pest control at airports are also being reviewed.
02:40 MIAA is also checking the area.

04:57 The price of LPG has increased this first day of March.
05:01 30 centimes per kilo is the increase in price of one brand.
05:06 Tomorrow, another LPG brand of 27 centimes per kilo will also increase.
05:12 In oil, the price of gasoline may increase again.
05:17 But diesel and kerosene can save the price.
05:20 This is the energy department's estimate based on the average of four-day international trading until yesterday.
05:27 [Music]
05:29 So, do you have summer plans?
05:31 The police will remind you to be extra careful with the so-called vacation scam
05:36 that not only tourists are being robbed of money but also the businessmen.
05:42 Witness, June Veneration.
05:44 [Music]
05:49 The first day of March, the heat is waving.
05:52 That's why some people are already planning to go on vacation.
05:56 Beach, cool places like Baguio.
06:00 But don't get too excited.
06:03 Because of this time, the victims are looking for what the PNP calls vacation scam.
06:10 This is the modus that will allow you to go on vacation.
06:13 But it will be like a bubble when you are given a down payment.
06:17 We should be careful that not all of the people who offer cheaper prices are true.
06:24 And not only those who are on vacation can be victims,
06:27 even those who have a business like the owner of the resort in Pagudpon, Ilocos Norte, Elnor Tagle.
06:34 She is a victim of a fake vacationist who claimed that she made a down payment of Php 1,000 online for the reservation.
06:43 Suddenly, she asked for a refund and Elnor gave it to her.
06:47 The problem is, the customer still doesn't have a down payment
06:51 because the screen grab of the online transaction sent to Elnor is not true.
06:55 It's like you're not thinking at that time.
07:01 She became a victim of a scam since the pandemic.
07:05 According to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group,
07:08 from 39 cases in 2021, she was involved in 313 cases last year.
07:16 This is revenge travel.
07:17 After the pandemic, we see that our countrymen are addicted to traveling.
07:24 This is what the scammers are doing.
07:26 Now that the hot season is coming,
07:28 the PNP is hoping that the operation of those behind the vacation scam will continue.
07:34 That's why the public should be careful because the reality is,
07:37 it's hard to catch scammers who are hiding behind social media accounts.
07:43 According to the PNP, check with the listed travel agencies.
07:48 Don't believe them and ask the transactions first.
07:52 You can also ask the police for verification.
07:55 We are afraid that we might be scammed online.
08:02 For GMA Integrated News, June Veneracion, your Saksi.
08:07 As the heart says, a broom that has parts of a person's body
08:13 was left in front of the NBI office in Bacolod City.
08:17 It was wrapped in plastic inside a paper bag, with one hand, foot, and ear.
08:23 It was written on a piece of paper that the message is "protector down" by drug lord,
08:27 is an NBI agent.
08:29 But according to the NBI Bacolod,
08:31 the message is about a good performance at work.
08:34 The police are investigating who the parts of the body are.
08:38 The NBI knows if there is a connection here,
08:41 they are conducting an operation against illegal gambling and blackmailing in Occidental.
08:47 El Niño is not yet finished and it is possible that it will be demolished, according to the forecast.
08:53 The expected rain is also possible in some areas.
08:57 How is the allocation of water from the dams?
09:00 Saksi, Sandra Ginaldo and Ivan Myrina.
09:04 Within two or three weeks, the Amiha will be finished.
09:09 It is said that the expected temperature will reach 40 degrees Celsius in other areas, according to the forecast.
09:15 There are areas that we predicted could be as high as 40,
09:20 especially in areas like the Gagayan Valley region.
09:24 So we will see it by April or May.
09:29 Along with the increase in the effect of El Niño,
09:31 although the temperature will drop in the Pacific Ocean,
09:35 El Niño will have the effect for up to three months.
09:38 Historically, El Niño has always had a lag effect on us.
09:42 So it means that although El Niño is already going down and we have a strong mature El Niño,
09:47 we will only experience the possible impact of this strong and mature El Niño here at the beginning of March.
09:56 But now, the effect of El Niño is already severe.
09:59 In Bunalacao, Oriental Mindoro, where the State of Calamity first declared,
10:03 the value of the agricultural land in the area is already at 60 million pesos,
10:08 from the crops of rice and onions, according to the Municipal Agriculture Office.
10:12 As early as the first week of December, the land is starting to grow,
10:17 although it is still wet.
10:19 Until it grows, you can really put your hand in the hole,
10:24 that's how big the land is.
10:26 The major two rivers, the Cabilla River and the Mauhau River are both dry.
10:34 As in dry, sir? Literally, the river is without water?
10:37 Yes, sir. You can walk on your rubber shoes without getting dirty.
10:41 It is expected that in May, the rain will start, but the forecast said that it is possible to stop in some places.
10:48 Rain is also a big help to the dams, some of which have lowered the water level compared to yesterday.
10:54 The Angat Dam, for example, has lowered the water level to a normal level,
10:58 although it is not yet reaching the critical level.
11:01 90% of the water in Metro Manila comes from here.
11:05 And the allocation of water from there for the rivers of Metro Manila,
11:10 is possible to be reduced in April.
11:12 But when the Department of Environment and Natural Resources or DNR clarifies,
11:17 it will just return to the normal allocation.
11:20 For April, maybe our allocation is still 50 CMS or the extra 2 cubic meters per second.
11:31 But if there is no rain that comes in April, it will just return to our regular allocation.
11:38 But if there is still no rain in May, it is possible that the allocation of Metro Manila will still be reduced to 46 CMS.
11:46 It is also expected that the dam will arrive.
11:49 If El Nino's allocation is just the last, maybe we will reduce it.
11:57 And we are doing this so that we will not have problems moving forward in June and July.
12:03 There are cases of El Nino in the past, in the Philippines, wherein it was in a neutral condition,
12:10 but the drought condition continued for the next three months.
12:16 Manila Water and Manilad has already prepared the effects of El Nino last year.
12:22 MWSS or Metropolitan Water Works and Sewerage System is the one.
12:27 We've already started operating other facilities, water treatment plants that are sourcing water aside from Angat.
12:36 We are still continuing to operate some deep wells.
12:41 We are also doing some operational strategies and of course, aggressive leak repairs.
12:51 46 CMS is a bit heavy for us to maintain this normal service level.
12:58 If we really need to have a service interoperation with our customers, we will do this during night time.
13:04 MWSS will remember the request of NWRB to maintain 50 cubic meters per second of water allocation for Metro Manila.
13:14 They need to weigh the demand of NWRB, especially since they are also supplying water to farmers.
13:22 The irrigation of crops in Bulacan and Pampanga also came from Angatda.
13:27 We are still doing full allocation to our farmers for the month of March and April and even May.
13:36 So, when it reaches a certain level, like the water level of 180, we really need to prioritize domestic use.
13:47 I think we will not have any problem in watering our farms until they harvest May.
13:56 For GMA Integrated News, I am Sandra Aguinaldo.
14:00 And I am Ivan Meyrina, your witness.
14:03 Again, we are pleased to welcome as one of the Journalists of the Year, Howie Severino,
14:08 to the 5th Metrobank Foundation Award for Continuing Excellence and Service.
14:12 Howie is thankful for the recognition.
14:15 In 2015, he was the first to be given the same title, Howie.
14:19 Howie is one of the hosts of iWitness and he also served as a consultant of GMA Integrated News and editor-at-large of GMA News Online.
14:28 The leader of SEVENTEEN, S. Coups, was given an exemption from military service.
14:40 This is because of his injury to his knee.
14:43 According to his label, Pledis Entertainment, he was continuously given physical rehabilitation therapy by S. Coups
14:50 following a major surgery on him last year.
14:53 And even though he was exempted from active enlistment, he was still obligated to serve as a support in the military in case of war.
15:00 It is a happy April to welcome the Filipino Melodies because the Korean group BTOB will have a fancon in the country.
15:10 Some of the group's hit songs are "Missing You", "Only One for Me", and "Beautiful Pain".
15:16 Students in a medical school in New York, America are very happy.
15:25 More than 1,000 students are now free of tuition for the spring semester this year.
15:31 Because of the donation of a former professor who donated 1 billion US dollars or 56 billion pesos.
15:40 The former professor himself gave good news.
15:43 The money came from the house that his wife left for him.
15:48 Asia's multimedia star Alden Richards is back.
15:57 And soon, he will be back for the red sun.
16:02 Alden's story is that he enjoys working with Barbie Ferteza, Sanya Lopez, and David Licauco.
16:08 They have already shot many scenes and he has seen the growth of Barbie as an actress.
16:14 Aside from the series, Alden is also excited about his project with international stars.
16:19 Alden recently went to South Korea and bonded with his fans.
16:26 The curse of "For better or for worse" was already tested in a couple in America.
16:31 The bride suddenly died.
16:33 The reason is our witness.
16:36 Okay, how do you feel? Your last 30 minutes of being a blancher?
16:43 From this...
16:50 to this...
16:53 What happened?
16:54 Catherine Franks was happy and excited before her dream wedding.
16:59 But on the altar, when she said "I do",
17:03 her gaze turned to the ground.
17:10 And as one, but three times, the speech therapist Catherine was slapped.
17:17 The witnesses were speechless.
17:19 Alex and Antarach were repeatedly fired by the mistress.
17:24 Catherine remembered that she was being helped by people.
17:29 But even though they exchanged "I do" and "merit", Catherine was forced to do the ceremony.
17:37 That's when Alex's curse of "For better or for worse" was tested.
17:44 He was also immersed in the light for almost an hour inside the church.
17:50 So the heat inside was intense.
17:52 He was also dizzy when he went to the reception.
17:55 But when it came to eating, he enjoyed it like nothing happened.
18:00 The next day, he was already checked up in the emergency room for his baby girl.
18:06 He was also a month pregnant.
18:12 The plot twist of his dream wedding had thousands of views on TikTok.
18:18 It became a running joke to his family.
18:24 And for Catherine, it was a funny moment that she will tell her future child.
18:31 For GMA Integrated News, JP Soriano, your witness.
18:39 Thank you for watching. I'm Arnold Glovelo.
18:42 I'm PR Kanghel. For a bigger mission and for a wider service to the country.
