00:07 But in the middle of the cooperation, China is acting.

00:13 Any day this week or the next, the first batch of Brahmos cruise missiles will arrive in the country.

00:25 The Philippines ordered it from India. It is expected to strengthen our naval defense.

00:32 And part of the cooperation between our two countries in India,

00:38 is to follow the first-hand training of the Philippines and India.

00:43 The two countries also want to join forces with Japan in a trilateral partnership.

00:51 A triangular partnership between the Philippines, India and Japan

00:56 can bring about a nexus of sustainable and collaborative efforts

01:01 that may shape the future of the Indo-Pacific region in the coming years.

01:07 The maritime domain will be a possible area for our three countries to work together more actively.

01:16 This partnership can help drive the economic engines of these countries towards shared economic prosperity in the region.

01:24 But it is not yet formal that the Philippines-India maritime dialogue

01:30 and the Philippines-Japan and India trilateral cooperation are being formed.

01:34 China is already calm.

01:36 According to its defense minister, the Philippines is deceiving the countries outside the region

01:42 by making the situation in the South China Sea more dangerous

01:46 by means of joint exercises and joint patrols that are being conducted in public.

01:52 The Philippines is violating the principle of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea

01:59 and is putting the security of the region at risk.

02:04 The DFA has not yet responded to this, but it has answered the question
