00:07 Number one, it's an explosive group of players.
00:13 This defense was elite in several important categories that lead
00:18 directly to winning football, making teams one dimensional, stopping the run.
00:24 We've got some really good players on the defensive line.
00:27 This team is in the top two or three and taking the football away and
00:31 continuing to feed an explosive offense.
00:34 When I looked at that and in terms of those things being values,
00:38 those were the things that really got me excited along with the scheme and
00:41 the structure of the team.
00:43 I've been a play caller.
00:44 I'm pretty confident that I will do that again at some point.
00:47 But right now, I'm really confident and
00:52 what Matt is gonna bring to the table in that respect.
00:55 And I will support him.
00:56 We're going to be a team that generates pressure with our front four.
01:00 We're gonna build the best pass rush in football.
01:03 That happens to be an area, fortunately,
01:07 in an area that I've had tremendous success with.
01:11 And we have the personnel to get that done.
01:17 We've got size, speed, quickness, length.
01:20 Montez, I remember Montez through the pre-draft process when I was in
01:25 Carolina, really admired the traits, the mindset, all of those types of things.
01:29 So you look at the people that we already have here.
01:32 I mean, it's just exciting.
01:33 It's exciting.
01:34 Plus, we invested heavily in the draft last year with the two young defensive
01:38 tackles. I happen to know them going through the draft process.
01:41 So all things are just positive.
