00:48 >> Yes, we have all varieties of
00:50 everything.
00:51 It's a great, great menu.
00:53 >> And you have the people's
00:55 favorite, street tacos.

00:58 >> There's no guacamole on the
01:00 happy hour menu, but you can
01:02 always do a table side.
01:04 We got some elote ribs, floutas,
01:06 empanadas, nachos.

01:08 So a lot there on food.

01:11 What's also awesome is that you
01:13 guys have decided to bring back
01:15 the fajitas.
01:16 Now they are permanently on the
01:18 menu?
01:19 >> They are.
01:20 We started as a summer special.
01:22 They did so good that we brought
01:24 it up for the fall.
01:25 And now they made it into a
01:27 regular menu.
01:28 >> Let's make some.
01:29 How does this all start?
01:31 >> We got some mix of peppers,
01:33 red peppers, red onions and
01:35 yellow onions.
01:36 I'm going to start with some oil
01:38 here.
01:39 I'm going to do the veggies.
01:41 Hot.
01:42 Stand back a little bit.
01:44 Let it go.
01:46 And then we'll add some
01:47 seasoning.
01:48 So this is a mixture of spices,
01:50 oregano, cumin and other things
01:51 that I can't tell you.
01:53 >> You can't tell me.
01:54 Later on you will.
01:55 >> I will.
01:56 And then to finish it off, a
01:57 little bit of soy sauce, which
01:58 is going to add a lot of flavor
02:00 and just bring everything
02:01 together.

02:05 And that's what's so great
02:06 about this dish is that it's
02:07 healthy, it's good for you.
02:09 And it can feed more than one
02:11 person.
02:12 >> Absolutely.
02:13 >> And then over here we have
02:14 our trio fajitas, which is some
02:16 double grilled shrimp, some
02:17 carne asada and some marinated
02:19 chicken as well.
02:20 So you got the veggies right
02:21 here.
02:22 >> And then I like that.
02:23 Is that a side of rice and
02:24 beans?
02:25 >> Yeah, so this is a side for
02:26 the fajitas.
02:27 We got some charro beans, we got
02:28 some Mexican rice, some avocado
02:29 crema and some fresh flour
02:30 tortillas for you to make tacos.
02:32 >> Oh, my gosh.
02:33 This is amazing.
02:34 Also, too, we got to mention,
02:35 you got that burrito that
02:36 everyone loves.
02:37 It's just, I mean, to die for.
02:39 >> Yeah.
02:40 The Azteca burrito, it's rice
02:42 and beef short rib, and it's
02:44 topped with our green sauce and
02:46 our red pepper sauce.
02:47 >> Oh, man, this is great.
02:48 All right, is this almost
02:49 ready?
02:50 >> Yeah, this is it.
02:51 So we're just going to plate it.
02:52 >> Okay.
02:53 >> So we'll put the veggies
02:54 right here, and then we'll just
02:55 finish it off like that.
02:56 We added just a little bit of
02:57 water there so you get that
02:58 smoke.

03:01 Well, we also know that with
03:03 those happy hour menu items, we
03:05 got to have a drink, right?
03:07 >> We do, absolutely.
03:08 >> All right, I'm going to head

03:18 Matt, chef just cooked me the
03:20 amazing fajita that's back on
03:21 the menu.
03:22 >> Oh, yeah.
03:23 >> Now, there is a happy hour
03:24 that you have to come by for
03:25 cocktails.
03:26 Everybody can do beer, but here
03:27 at Barrio Queen, you guys do
03:28 tequila.
03:29 >> We do, we do, and we do a lot
03:30 of it, yeah, for sure.
03:32 >> So let's start down here.
03:33 What do we have here for a happy
03:34 hour?
03:35 >> So starting down here, that's
03:36 going to be our house-made
03:37 sangria.
03:38 So we're going to put a little
03:39 bit of our natural mango puree
03:40 down at the bottom, fresh red
03:41 wine sangria in that, garnish
03:43 that with an orange wheel.
03:44 We got amazing food, as well.
03:46 You know, Julio did a great job
03:48 curating a menu specific for
03:49 happy hour.
03:50 Potato empanadas, elote ribs,
03:53 flautas, tacos, tons of great
03:55 food.
03:56 >> There you go.
03:57 All right, you can't come into
03:58 the Barrio Queen without having
03:59 a margarita, am I right?
04:00 >> You have to, you have to.
04:01 >> And you got not just one, you
04:02 got a couple of different ones.
04:03 >> We do.
04:04 So in all the margaritas, they're
04:05 going to be $5 during our happy
04:06 hour.
04:07 The ones that we're going to
04:08 have are the Barrio margarita,
04:09 that's just a classic
04:10 straightforward margarita.
04:11 We've got the skinny margarita,
04:12 as well.
04:13 We've got the enfuego for you, a
04:14 spicy margarita.
04:15 And then we have our jalapeno
04:16 margarita.
04:17 We're going to infuse that
04:18 tequila in-house, too.
04:19 >> Oh, my gosh.
04:20 Okay, you got the Don Julio
04:21 going, but not just one shot of
04:22 Don Julio, you got a couple of
04:23 different shots of Don Julio.

04:25 We got three, right?
04:26 You can't just have one.
04:27 So that's going to be our
04:28 tequila flight.
04:29 So that's Don Julio, half-priced
04:31 during happy hour, 2 to 6,
04:33 Monday through Friday at all
04:34 locations.
04:35 And then at Glendale, Avondale
04:38 and Gilbert every day of the
04:39 week, Saturday and Sunday happy
04:40 hours.
