A woman who was found dead on a beach was found walking into the sea four days earlier, according to an inquest. Kylie Davies was reported missing on 21 January, and was found on Southerndown beach on 27 January after being last spotted in Porthcawl. A full inquest to establish cause of death will take place at a later date.

Welsh government owned-Cardiff airport has continued to make a loss, despite millions of pounds of tax payer grants. It lost over 4.5 million pounds in 2023, and has failed to bring flights back to pre-pandemic levels. The Welsh government currently have a 4 year 40 million pound scheme to support the airport.

Rumours of a Gavin and Stacey return have been quashed by its creators and stars of the show. US film and TV website Deadline reported a one of christmas special was in the works, but Ruth Jones has confirmed that was untrue. The last christmas special was over 4 years ago, but we would definitely love a return.
