One man has died with a further 15 injured after two trains collided in mid Wales. Emergency services were called to the site near Llanbrynmair at half 7 Monday evening and spent a number of hours helping passengers and clearing up the damage, but the cause is still unknown.

00:09Two Transport for Wales trains, one running from Shrewsbury to Aberystwyth and the other running from Mackenzie to Shrewsbury, crashed into one another at around 7.30 on Monday evening, with emergency services called to the scene straight away.
00:2530 to 40 emergency crews were at the site and helped clear up and treat passengers after the crash.
00:32It's not yet fully known what happened, but Plaid Cymru MP Liz Saville-Roberts has said she wants to see the signalling system updated on the line.
00:40Earlier on on Monday, Transport for Wales warned of some delays due to slower speeds caused by slippery tracks.
00:46The Welsh Government and Transport for Wales have said they have one of the safest rail systems in Europe and investigators are looking into all possible causes of the crash.
