00:00 Over the last two years I would say the investment in this particular building
00:05 has been around 3.5 million. We've been giving back a lot of space over the last
00:11 two years from businesses that are dramatically downsizing or you know
00:17 working from home completely but this building's not had that much investment
00:23 for the last 30 years so it was time to you know put our money where our mouth is
00:29 really and as I say it because of the sheer scale of it and the size of it the
00:33 investment has had to be substantial but I think what we've got now is a really
00:38 exciting product that retains the original characters and features of the
00:43 building but has a modern twist on it through furnishings and things like that
00:47 but make it a really desirable place for people. A big part of this for us was
00:52 was retention you know a lot of these businesses were making waves about
00:58 potentially moving out and downsizing and because of the investment they've
01:02 decided to stay with us you know they've retained the space that they're in
01:06 30,000 - 40,000 square foot because they can see the benefits of bringing the
01:12 staff back because we've got the gym on site and we have the maze and the
01:17 fountain and the investment has gone into those parts of the building as well so
01:21 it's an exciting place that people actually want to come back so yeah
01:24 Historically we were we were about seven or eight businesses you know Royal
01:29 Sun Alliance, De La Genta, Colourblast but since the introduction of FigFlex our
01:35 serviced office provider it's allowed us to start involving small businesses in
01:40 the campus as well you can take an office here from as little as a
01:44 two-man office anything up to 60,000 square feet so that the amount of
01:50 businesses within the campus has grown dramatically which is great from a
01:54 business to business perspective because we're now finding that tenants are
01:57 actually doing business with each other because of this sheer scale of people
02:00 here. There's still further investment to make you know with the building
02:05 itself because of the scale of it you can't stand still you know you've got to
02:10 continue to invest you know we own other property in Peterborough as well
02:13 Northminster House in the city centre so as a business you know we will continue
02:19 to invest in Peterborough because you know we're really proud of our
02:21 association with the city.
