What is the status of Nick Pringle on the basketball team?

00:23 >> Have you seen Grant's role kind of more over the last few games or so,

00:26 more than five?

00:27 Just how do you see that lineup working for you, the smaller look there?

00:31 >> Yeah, I mean, he's been one of our best post defenders,

00:36 I mean, the best challenge until the last time we played him.

00:39 So offensively, we're better,

00:41 cuz if you pull the five away from the rim a little more,

00:45 those two threes he had at the end of the Georgia game, essentially won us the game.

00:50 So I like it, we've got a rebound better, that's an issue.

00:55 When you move him away from the four,

00:57 it's not that we've necessarily taken a step backwards when we move into the five.

01:03 He's actually a better rebounder than some of our other fives,

01:07 particularly on the defensive end.

01:10 But it's the fact that we no longer have him at the four, and

01:14 that's where our issues have been.

01:15 So if we have rebounding issues, we can still play Grant at the five,

01:20 but look at more like Mo DiBate, Jaron Stevenson at the four,

01:24 get some size to help kind of help Grant there on the interior with the rebounds.

01:30 I assure you, at halftime against Georgia, when we were getting destroyed on the glass,

01:34 our three guys that had played all the minutes of the five, Mo DiBate, Mo Wage,

01:39 and Grant had played 25 minutes and had one rebound combined.

01:43 Those guys gotta do a better job rebounding the ball for us.

01:45 But last time we played Mississippi State, we did do a better job rebounding it.

01:49 They're a tough rebounding team, but I like Grant at the five,

01:53 I like it offensively, we just, we gotta make sure we're rebounding better with,

01:58 particularly being smaller at the four when he goes to five.
