00:00 Exciting day today. I'm excited to introduce to you our new head coach Dave

00:08 Canales. And our new, new president of football operations general manager Dan

00:21 Morgan. I'm also thrilled to welcome Brandt Telles who served us, who will

00:28 serve as our executive vice president of football operations. Brandt is with us today.

00:35 Let me tell you a little bit about Dan and Dave. They're tremendous people, well

00:46 respected, and they are both connectors. Dan has 14 years of front office

00:52 experience all throughout the league. When Dan was a player he kept the

00:57 defense connected and on the same page. And I've seen those traits with him

01:01 translate throughout this building with everyone, including scouts, players, and

01:06 coaches. He keeps everybody moving in the right direction. As a player he had a

01:11 relentless pursuit of excellence, which we will bring to this organization. Dave

01:17 Canales brings that same quality to players and coaches and on the field

01:23 every day. He's a track record of bringing the best set of players. He is a

01:28 connector. He takes the time to work with players to create an environment that

01:32 will earn their trust and maximize their ability. Each of them brings experience

01:37 from winning programs. They share the same vision for our organization

01:43 and are aligned on how they will get there. I'd like to ask Dan and Dave to

01:50 join me on stage, but I'd also like to recognize Dan's wife Ashley and his

01:56 family, and Dave's wife Lizzie and his family.
