00:00 Vice President Sara Duterte Umanong was the one who ordered the start of the Oplan Tokhang

00:08 This is just one of the names of the former members of Davao Death Squad,

00:13 Arturo Lascañas, who was facing a pre-trial investigation by the International Criminal Court.

00:20 According to Lascañas, Duterte ordered the Oplan Tokhang of the current Davao City Mayor in 2012,

00:27 following the cases of a "riding in tandem" that killed but no one investigated.

00:33 The Oplan Tokhang's target is those who use and sell shabu.

00:38 Lascañas thought that around 10,000 people were killed in Davao during that time.

00:43 Former President Rodrigo Duterte, however, has some shabu laboratories in Davao Region,
