00:00 Just happiness for him probably more than anything. You're always, you
00:06 always have a sense of pride when the people you're responsible for preparing
00:09 when they play well that reflects on you and so that was nice for me but for me
00:15 it was really just about seeing Jake finally get an opportunity watching him
00:19 take advantage of it seeing him be able to now establish a career for himself in
00:23 this league which he deserves and so just at the end of the day really really
00:28 happy for Jake and happy for us because you know he provides tremendous value to
00:32 the organization.
00:34 Dan, what was your view of what the offense did last year, specifically the chance to build on what you did in the five games where Burrow was really healthy?
00:39 Yeah I think I think every you can you can kind of zoom out and say and then
00:45 look at the big picture of you know who you want to be as an offense and when
00:48 you get into the season and Zach does such an amazing job of this it's really
00:51 about who do we have to be in a given week to beat the team that we need to
00:55 play and that takes into account constraints that you may have within
00:59 your own building and then who are we facing and I just think we do such a
01:02 good job of that so you know there's there's been a lot made of what did the
01:06 offense look like over the final part of the season and and I really just think
01:10 that's a product of us looking at it on a week-to-week basis who do we have
01:15 available to us who are we playing and what do we need to do to win and that's
01:17 something we'll always do and so we'll look at some of those things that we did
01:21 well at the end of the year and and certainly Joe Burrow is capable of doing
01:25 anything you ask him to do and so that's what we'll do this offseason is do a
01:28 great job of deciding who we need to be moving forward and then have the
01:33 adaptability to adjust if we need to.
