00:00 Young guys on the back end, how do you think that they, when you went back and look, how do you think that they did?
00:04 Obviously you have a lot of youth back there.
00:06 Yeah, I think they played like young guys.
00:08 And, you know, we all wanted it to be better players, coaches for sure.
00:14 Again, there was things that were really good at times, but it goes back to it just wasn't consistent enough.
00:21 And, you know, next year will be better for sure.
00:24 What's Dax's spot next year?
00:27 Is he safety or is that something you're open to moving on?
00:31 Yeah, I mean, we're still looking at everything.
00:33 I think we look at not just Dax, but everybody last year.
00:36 When you have a year where it wasn't quite up to standard, I think it's just something that you evaluate.
00:41 And, hey, is this guy going to be better here or there?
00:43 But not anything in particular there.
00:46 Because you can do all of it, so it gives you the options of considering things, I guess, right?
00:53 Just because he's so freaky physically, you know.
00:55 Yeah, I think he, you know, he's got to be good at one thing.
01:01 And so that's what we're working on now is being good at one thing.
01:06 How important is that for a young guy to have him in the one spot?
01:12 You know he's athletic to maybe try all these different things, but to get him to be a master at one?
01:18 Well, again, I think it's a... let's go back a little bit.
01:22 You know, he's still a young player in a lot of regards.
01:24 It was only his second year.
01:25 He played a handful of snaps his first year.
01:29 So I think his development and his upside is still huge, and nobody's down on the guy at all.
01:35 We just have to make sure that he's honed in and making sure he's being able to do the things that we're asking him to do, wherever that may be.
