00:00 And I can't remember if I mentioned this, but this week is the second week of January,
00:09 which is when most businesses, new entrepreneurs start in business, which I'd only learned
00:17 about earlier today.
00:22 I mean, I think the key thing is to get a great, get a fantastic team of people around
00:29 you.
00:30 And I mean, a business is only a group of people.
00:34 And I think you need to learn very early on the art of delegation.
00:41 I mean, I think too many entrepreneurs want to cling on to everything.
00:46 People have just got to trust other people and give them the head to make mistakes, make
00:52 good things, withdraw themselves from the day to day running the business so they can
00:57 think about the bigger picture, not get bogged down in the minutiae of just the hustle bustle
01:06 of running their companies.
01:09 And I think because I did that from a very early age, that's why I've been able to create
01:16 maybe 400 different ventures over the years.
01:20 And I could never have created more than one if I hadn't learned the art of delegation
01:25 very early on.
01:28 I think being a dyslexic and not being good at certain things helped me be a good delegator
01:33 because I knew my weaknesses and therefore got out and found other people who could perform
01:43 and run things better than I could.
