00:16 Before leaving Vietnam, the media asked President Bongbong Marcos in an ambush interview

00:25 about the former President Duterte's statements in his prayer rally in Davao.

00:30 The accusation was that he was using drugs, the reason being the People's Initiative,

00:35 and the request of his son, Mayor Sebastian Duterte, to resign from his position.

00:39 This was not directly answered by the President, but he said he was thinking of a reason why Duterte was able to speak like that.

00:47 "I think it's the fentanyl. Fentanyl is the strongest painkiller that you can buy.

00:55 It is highly addictive and it has very serious side effects.

01:03 And PRRD has been taking the drug for a very long time now.

01:08 When was the last time he told us that he was taking fentanyl?

01:12 I think it was 5 or 6 years ago. After 5 or 6 years, it has to affect him.

01:18 That's why I think he's acting like that.

01:21 I hope his doctors take better care of him.

01:28 I hope they don't neglect the people who are taking it."
