00:00 We can visualize the journey that we are in together.
00:07 This is the culmination of what will result from the journey we are together for the next four or five years.
00:18 That will be the powering a connected Malaysian healthcare ecosystem.
00:25 I have mentioned to the officials in the Digital Health Division,
00:34 who will be appointed soon,
00:39 that this is a story from five years ago.
00:46 But if I look at it, what will be the framework at the end of our journey
01:00 is a digital architecture of reform.
01:04 If this is what it is now, the heartbeat, the backbone, the spine of the reform lies in the EMR.
01:15 We will see how the seamless connectivity to all facilities,
01:21 all that will be connected and data pipeline,
01:25 will actually make all our facilities,
01:32 between clinics, horizontal integration,
01:37 and also vertical integration with hospitals.
01:41 I even plan to break down the dichotomy of public-private health structure in our country.
01:52 With this empowering EMR or EHR,
02:01 we will be able to witness that the entire country will be connected into a seamless,
02:08 where there will be only one citizen, one record, the master patient index.
02:12 Everywhere a patient goes, he or she must ask the same questions once.
02:20 You got it.
02:22 [END]
