00:36 services, a dental clinic, emergency treatment and a pharmacy.
00:41 He said the Balegpula Hospital's outpatient department has been closed, redirecting patients
00:46 to the new clinic.
00:48 On the same day, Dzulkafli also visited the Bayan Lepas Health Clinic, which will be rebuilt
00:53 on its current site with a budget of 72 million ringgit.
00:58 He said the health ministry had obtained project approval from the economy ministry, and the
