00:09 Both hands were tied and handcuffed when we caught this woman at the Fort Bonifacio Police Substation in Taguig City last night.
00:20 The woman is a Korean, a victim of a group of people who target foreigners.
00:26 According to the Fort Bonifacio Police, the victim was with his Korean friends when they approached four women and one man.
00:34 Around 8 p.m., these victims were in front of a traffic light, waiting to cross.
00:45 The victim had a phone conversation and apparently, a man pushed her from behind and the women in front of him were also pushed and out-balanced.
01:01 When the victim was standing, he noticed that his sling bag was empty and he was carrying his valuables.
01:07 The man followed the suspect and reached the parking lot. Fortunately, we have a marshal there who responded immediately.
01:17 The suspects ran after the commotion but one of them was left in the parking lot.
01:23 According to the victim's lawyer, he was holding a sling bag.
01:27 When a complainant called the cell phone, the suspect was carrying a bag.

01:36 The suspect was invited to the precinct of the BGC marshals.
01:40 Leonida Ramirez, the deceased suspect, was the only one who knew the suspect.

01:55 He was charged with 1,500 pesos for joining the group.
