Time is never enough to prepare tasty dishes at home before going out in the morning. We know that you always make the usual sandwich. But at Petitchef we are always on the lookout for new recipes that are easy to take to work (and beyond). Here's one: vegetarian jar salad. The principle is simple: put the ingredients of your choice in a glass jar and add a dressing. Today, we suggest a vegetarian version rich in vegetable protein with a peanut butter dressing.Try the jar salad by following our step by step recipe below.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- pepper
- salt
- 5 oz chickpeas
- 5 oz cooked quinoa
- 7 oz red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- lamb's lettuce
- peanuts
