A good way to add vegetables and plant proteins in your lunch. A recipe naturally gluten free and Vegan. You can also make them smaller as appetizers.

Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 carrots
- 7 oz coral lentils (200 gr)
- 4 oz gluten free oat flakes (120 gr)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 bunch coriander
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
