01:25 he's asking for wide receiver one money, and that will be wide receiver one money in a

01:30 year or two, well, that's tough to give a T Higgins because he's not the wide receiver

01:35 one on this team.

01:36 And you have other priorities as well.

01:40 So I think what I would do is I would try to get a deal done.

01:45 I would then, if that doesn't happen, tag T Higgins and trade T Higgins.
