00:00 They have to be able to capitalize on the times that they get sent to the free throw line.
00:04 Because it either starts runs or it stops runs.
00:08 You get kills, you get stops out there, and you get fouled because they're very
00:11 physical and they're going to the free throw line.
00:13 You go to the free throw line, and then you don't capitalize on it.
00:16 You missed the front end of a one and one.
00:18 It only shows up as one miss in the stat sheet, but that's two free throws.
00:23 Then you miss back to back free throws, and it starts getting into your head.
00:26 So you lose ground, and games are closer than what they should be.
00:30 If you're shooting 75 to 80% from the free throw line,
00:33 they're winning these games by five, six, seven, eight points going forward.
00:37 But Seamoster Koshus has got to do better at boxing out and rebounding.
00:42 I mean, it's just, it's to the point now where Kosh did offense defense at
00:46 the five minute mark to get him out of the game defensively because
00:49 he was giving up so many offensive rebounds.
00:52 And it was just like, it was incredible.
00:54 They had 18 offensive rebounds.
00:56 No team this year has had that.
00:59 18 offensive rebounds, and the time where they had in that flurry where they got
01:03 four offensive rebounds in a row, the first two were Seamoster Koshus not boxing out.
01:08 Jameel Reynolds, when he's in the game, he gives you nothing.
01:10 He doesn't rebound.
01:12 He doesn't run and seal.
01:13 He doesn't call for the ball with his mouth, arms, and his hands, and
01:17 his positioning.
01:18 So he's got to come off the bench and give you seven, eight rebounds.
01:22 He's never been a big rebounder.
01:24 And some of the flaws that have kept him bouncing from school to school are
01:28 starting to show up.
01:29 He's an immense talent.
01:30 He can dunk, he can jump, he's 42 inch vertical, he can do all that stuff.
01:34 He's got some offensive skill.
01:35 But if he doesn't do the work, they had guys on them, and
01:39 guards got to do a better job of passing to the post, faking a pass, make a pass.
01:43 But they had like TCU switches.
01:46 And so the Bearcats would do a one five pick and roll, and
01:50 Vic would be posting up or Jamil would be posting up.
01:53 And a guard would be fronting him, and they couldn't get him the ball.
01:57 And I'm thinking, first of all,
01:58 Big's got to be able to push the guy up the lane, give a target hand.
02:02 Very rare do you see Jamil Reynolds give a target hand.
02:05 He has both hands behind him trying to hold the guy back from getting the ball.
02:09 So where does the guard know to throw the ball?
02:11 Because you're not telling him where you want the ball.
