00:00 Everybody realized we weren't where we wanted to be last year.

00:03 And everybody has came prepared to work and get better and

00:06 hold each other accountable.

00:06 >> I think it's through the running back room now, a little bit different look,

00:10 couple new guys in there.

00:12 How exciting to get out there and kind of get that new room going?

00:15 >> It was very exciting.

00:16 All the new guys in the running back room wanna work, get better, wanna be that guy.

00:21 And we are all pushing each other and

00:23 I feel like we got a really good room with brothers in it.

00:26 >> Got a new coach leaving that room, Sean Dawkins.

00:28 Hasn't been here a lot, but what's your first impression of him?

00:32 >> First impression of coach, I feel like he's a very good coach.

00:35 This is our first meeting with him today and he came in like he's been here and

00:40 was teaching us like he's been here and he was pretty cool.

00:46 >> Corey, what was the offseason training program like for

00:49 you this time around compared to last year?

00:51 Your thoughts on the entire winter program?

00:53 >> I feel like this year we came in with a purpose.

00:56 We came to set a new culture, build a culture back to where it was before.

01:01 And get people in who wanted to be here and get people out who didn't wanna be here,

01:05 so we could have a stronger team, stronger brotherhood.

01:08 >> How important were those conversations with those incoming guys and

01:11 you as a team leader?

01:11 Just making sure the team leaders were a part of the decision making.

01:15 >> It was very important.

01:16 We had me, Nante, and a couple of the guys.

01:19 We were on a lot of the visits with the guys, talking to them,

01:22 getting to know them personally, trying to see what kind of person they are,

01:25 to see if they fit the culture that we were trying to build here.

01:28 >> What's been the biggest difference from year one in the weight room with

01:30 Coach Nico to year two, Corey?

01:33 >> For me personally, I feel like it's the same with Coach Nico.

01:35 Coach Nico's know he's gonna get 110% from me each and every day.

01:39 But I feel like I stepped up as a leader and

01:41 was more vocal this offseason compared to last year.
