00:30 out a composite ranking and Cal checks in at number 14, tied for 14th with Kentucky.

00:41 Cal's addressed some of its needs through the portal, certainly picked up a couple of

00:45 excellent wide receivers, picked up some defensive backs, a couple of offensive linemen, but

00:52 It remains an area they probably are going to try to add another one.

00:57 And so they've got a quarterback in there who's going to compete for some playing time
