00:04 A large portion of Southern Luzon will be raining today because of the shear line or the line where the cold North-East Monsoon and the hot Easter Leaves meet.
00:15 So here in the shear line, where the scattered rain and thunderstorms may cause floods or landslides.
00:21 The North-East Monsoon or the AMIHAN is still bringing a cold temperature and light rain in the remaining part of Luzon while the Easter Leaves or the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean brings a stormy weather here in Visayas and Mindanao and there are only dry rains.
00:38 Meanwhile, until the end of this week, we are not experiencing a storm that will enter our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:47 Today, the majority of Bicol Region and Quezon Province will be raining because of the shear line.
00:53 So be careful of possible floods and landslides especially if the rain is getting stronger.
00:59 Here in Aurora and a large portion of Cagayan Valley Region, where the sky is still cloudy, the light rain will bring a cold North-East Monsoon.
01:09 While the remaining part of Luzon, Metro Manila, is still cloudy, the sky is still cloudy and the light rain is also bringing a cold North-East Monsoon.
01:17 Especially in the Eastern portion of Cordillera Region and Oriental Mindoro, the rain is possible today.
01:24 While here in Metro Manila, the weather conditions are almost the same as yesterday, there is a slight rain but mostly cloudy skies.
01:32 Temperature is between 23 to 31 degrees Celsius while here in Baguio, it is between 16 to 23 degrees Celsius.
01:40 For our fellow Filipinos in Palawan, partly cloudy to cloudy skies, there is a chance of light rain.
01:47 While here in Visayas, the weather conditions are almost the same as yesterday, partly cloudy to cloudy skies, sometimes sunny.
01:55 In the afternoon, the temperature is possible, and from afternoon to night, there is a high chance of localized thunderstorms or heavy rain.
02:02 For our fellow Filipinos in Mindanao, the weather conditions are almost the same as yesterday, partly cloudy skies, sometimes sunny.
02:10 In the afternoon, the temperature is the hottest, especially in the Southern portion of Mindanao, here in the cities of Zamboanga, Davao, General Santos, and Cotabato.
02:19 Then from afternoon to night, there is a chance of localized thunderstorms or heavy rain.
02:26 Now, due to the Northeast Monsoon, we have gale warning in the northern bays of the Nuzon,
02:34 including the Batanes, Cagayan, Baboyan Islands, Isabela, and Magui, in Ilocos Norte,
02:41 up to 4.5 meters or half of the house's area is exposed to the open sea.
02:47 This is dangerous for small sea vehicles.
02:50 In the coming days, it is possible for there to be a thunderstorm in the northern part of the Nuzon and even here in Visayas.
02:58 For our 3-day weather outlook here in the Nuzon, the shearline will continue to rain until the weekend here in the Bicol region and Quezon.
03:06 And in the remaining part of the Nuzon, we still have the effect of the Northeast Monsoon or Amian.
03:11 So, if here in Metro Manila and Baguio City, it is still partly cloudy, so it is almost like weather conditions,
03:18 where there are only short periods of weak rain, especially in the afternoon and afternoon here in Metro Manila, Baguio City,
03:25 and the nearby areas in Central Nuzon and Calabarzon.
03:28 But here in the Bicol region, including Legazpi City, the weather will still be cold for the next 3 days
03:33 and it will only be accompanied by scattered rain and thunderstorms that may cause flooding and landslides.

04:04 the sky is partly cloudy, and it is accompanied by short periods of rain, followed by localized thunderstorms.
04:12 And lastly, for our fellow citizens here in Mindanao,
04:15 for the next 3 days, the rainiest region will be the Caraga region,
04:18 especially on Saturdays and Sundays, because of the low pressure of our shoreline,
04:22 the heat and cold winds.
04:24 But for the rest of Mindanao, including Metro Davao, Cagayan de Oro City, and Zamboanga City,
04:30 the sky is still partly cloudy, and the hot and humid weather will be rare,
04:34 like the Easter Leaves, possible here in Metro Davao and Zamboanga,
04:38 up to 33 degrees Celsius, the maximum temperature in the afternoon.
04:42 Then, it is also possible for the rain to fall, or localized thunderstorms.
04:46 The sun will rise later, at 6.24 in the morning, and set later, at 5.44 in the afternoon.
